Let them go
Old doors must close, for new doors to open. Blessings come disguised. 🚪 ✨
Whenever I have a setback—or what I perceive to be a setback—I tell myself, what is the lesson here? If I don’t see one instantly, I have comfort knowing that someday I will know the purpose behind what happened, either it happened for a reason, or the reason was a lesson that I will learn.
Do not have disdain if something doesn’t go according to plan. When you see life with the lens of something greater for you always behind the next door, you relieve SO much pressure off your own shoulders, truly attracting something greater!
If it is meant for you, no matter what, it will come. Rain or shine, it will come. Fire or smoke, it will come. Yet if it was not meant for you, if it wants to leave, let it go. Don’t pain yourself more than you have to by holding on to things not meant to stay.
Your heart deep down knows how to differentiate between something meant for you and something not. Your body responds to both as well. Once we silence the fear; silence the voices of others that have penetrated our own minds; silence unhealthy attachments and the wounding from old traumas; that voice telling us what IS meant for us and what is not is much more clear.
Until then have faith and tell yourself every time that whatever happens to you is happening for a reason. That all will be well 🙏🏻
And most importantly, if something or someone wants to leave your life, let them go.
